Job Summary
Collaborate with pre-sales to craft tailored solutions using large format printers, boost sales efforts to meet targets, and increase the customer base through new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise
- Possess in depth knowledge of large format printers, including features, specifications, and capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.
- Customer Needs Assessment
- Co-develop customers together with partners with the objective of increasing customer spend on products.
- Product Demonstrations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients to showcase the benefits and capabilities of large format printers.
- Technical Consultations
- Provide technical guidance and advice to customers during the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding the technical aspects of large format printers.
- Documentation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Training and Education
- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal sales teams and customers to enhance their understanding of large format printer solutions.
Critical Work Experience
Minimum 3 years in B2B business setting, sales & marketing experience.
