Job Summary

Collaborate with pre-sales to craft tailored solutions using large format printers, boost sales efforts to meet targets, and increase the customer base through new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Possess in depth knowledge of large format printers, including features, specifications, and capabilities.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.
  • Customer Needs Assessment
    • Co-develop customers together with partners with the objective of increasing customer spend on products.
  • Product Demonstrations
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients to showcase the benefits and capabilities of large format printers.
  • Technical Consultations
    • Provide technical guidance and advice to customers during the sales process.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding the technical aspects of large format printers.
  • Documentation
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Training and Education
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for internal sales teams and customers to enhance their understanding of large format printer solutions.
Critical Work Experience
