Job summary

What you need to do:

Manage and develop sales activities with medium to large enterprises in the assigned territory.

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify and acquire new corporate customers while maintaining key accounts.

Understand client business needs and propose suitable machinery and technical solutions.

Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor trends.

Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and follow up on contracts.

Coordinate internal teams and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales performance reports and market insights for management.

What we need from you:

Min SPM/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma / Degree level in any relevant course.

Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin is required to liaise with China client.

Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management;

Machinery or industrial sales experience is an advantage.

Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle with corporate-level clients.

Familiar with the local Malaysian corporate and industrial market.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Independent, proactive, and performance-driven.

Valid driving license is required.
