Job description

A Senior Sales Executive drives revenue by developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading sales activities to meet and exceed targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and analyzing sales performance to inform strategic decisions. They are also expected to mentor junior staff, stay updated on market trends, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities
  • To follow up with sales leads generated from sales prospecting activities to generate sales
  • To assist in organizing and coordinating sales launches, exhibitions, roadshows and events.
  • To achieve and exceed sales target set by the Management
  • To identify and approach potential clients, build and maintain a client database
  • Organize appointments with generated leads and conduct property tours or site visits.
  • Present property features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Follow-up closely on leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • To prepare regular sales report on generated leads/ prospects to tract sales performance and targets.
  • To assist and to be on duty on roadshows or sales events.
  • To assist and to be on duty at our sales gallery when required by management
  • To assist onboard agencies on sales viewing and procedures.
  • To provide ongoing support and service to client throughout the sales process and to address and resolve clients inquiries and concerns.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in property development marketing or any related field is required for this position.
  • Able to write and communicate in English and BM.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Dynamic personality with problem solving capabilities who is able to work independently and take on challenges.
