About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Eurofins NM Laboratory Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and contributing to the overall sales success of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
  • Accurately forecast sales and pipeline, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure successful client onboarding and support.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company's services.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven success in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the laboratory sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of the New Business Development landscape and ability to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM and other sales‑related software.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
