We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience in professional staffing sales. The ideal candidate is a true hunter, focused on acquiring new clients and expanding market share in the Professional, IT, Finance, and Engineering staffing space.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with mid‑market and enterprise clients (Fortune 1000).
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (TA, Procurement, MSP leaders).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences as needed.

- 7+ years selling Professional Staffing or Managed Services (MSP/RPO/VMS).
- Proven success in new client acquisition and closing large accounts.
- Strong network within the talent ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tech‑savvy; comfortable with CRM tools, Zoom, and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
