Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential distributor partners in target markets.
• Own and manage strategic relationships with key accounts across MT, LKA, GT and OEM channels.
• Supervise and support local distributors in Malaysia to drive performance and ensure alignment with brand and commercial goals.
• Conduct regular business reviews, compliance checks, and sales enablement initiatives for distributors and regional partners.
• Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, trade ROI, and channel profitability.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, pricing proposals, promotional analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain active communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Willing to travel locally and regionally as required to support business operations and partner relationships.
• Maintain and update the Company website to ensure accurate Company and product information.
• Support the development of marketing and sales strategies to deliver sales KPIs.

We carry our house-brands such as ‘Day Day’, ‘Juice Secret’ and ‘Unifresh’ which incorporate different range of beverages form Asian soya bean drink, fruit juice, coffee, energy drink to tea drink. Beside independent production, we are also involved in business collaborations such as Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) with other companies on a variety of products. We are contract packing for countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Middle East, United Kingdom, USA, Africa and etc.
