Responsibilities
- Execute sales action plans outlined in the hotel’s sales strategy.
- Identify and target potential clients through cold call, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned and other key accounts.
- Conduct daily sales visits, initiate site inspections, and arrange familiarization trips for potential clients.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and conduct follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after client events or stays.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Promote upselling and cross‑selling of hotel services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, pre/post‑conference briefings, and contribute ideas for revenue and service improvement.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with operations, front office, and banquet teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and networking events related to assigned markets, reporting market trends and insights.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
