Our Client:

We are partnering with a German based MNC that specializes in manufacturing of machineries. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Senior Sales Engineer as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing technical and commercial solutions.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with distributors, integrators, and key business partners.
  • Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to explore new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably involving capital equipment or industrial solutions.
