Key Responsibilities:

• Management of sales members with good leadership skills.
• Find real problems and develop a proper way to resolve challenges effectively.
• Key business discussion with customers including management level.
• Progress management to achieve/exceed sales targets.
• Market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies to promote products.
• Advise and train sales members to develop better sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise messages to customers and team members.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and local dialect. Additional languages (Bahasa Malaysia) are an added advantage.
• Good team spirit, positive attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Independence and proactivity, taking ownership of assigned tasks with integrity and diligence.
• Management skills; people management experience is advantageous.

Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience as Manager/AM or similar in sales in semiconductor related industry. Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Degree from any field.
