Job description

We are representing a leading distributor and integrator of industrial valves and power-transmission systems. Catering to process industries across Southeast Asia, it has built strong supplier alliances and offers both standard products and customised engineering solutions especially in wastewater, biogas, and energy applications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Annual Sales budget together with Branch Manager/ Management, follows by project forecast and pipeline.
  • Interpret customer specifications and provide suitable product and solution proposals aligned with sales objectives.
  • Develop relationships with key customers to identify business needs and project requirements.
  • Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and tenders to customers and prospective customers.
  • Conduct negotiations and finalise project sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are reviewed in collaboration with the Branch Manager/Management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of sales and project orders, with escalation of critical matters to the management as required.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting/phone call.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior, in line with organisational requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in valve/industrial equipment.
  • Sales oriented, possesses good communication skills and positive mindset.
  • Ability to pick up product knowledge and react to customers requirements precisely, Strong techno-commercial mindset.
