A leading HVAC solutions provider in Malaysia is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role involves managing tender processes, building client relationships, and providing sales support. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of HVAC systems and experience in sales. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and collaboration with various departments to ensure effective proposals.
The Senior Sale Engineer will support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting in managing tender preparation and tender processes, the development and implementation of sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to the sales department. Possess basic understanding of HVAC and M&E systems, project schedule, critical-path, T&C requirement.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Presentation of Tender Brief, Tender Proposals and other relevant matters when required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the company CRM system (Microsoft Business Central).
Update & track changes in projects commercial/financial records in CRM System.
Assist the Bid Lead in tender preparation, commercial/sales activities reporting, tender costing preparation and tender submission.
Follow-up on post tender activities and prepare responses.
Assist the Head of Company in preparing and updating project budget and expenses.
