Job summary

A leading manufacturer of machinery located in Subang Jaya is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to manage after-market sales operations and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a diploma in a relevant field, and strong skills in communication and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include processing orders, liaising with the Supply Chain, and ensuring timely deliveries. This position is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and inventory management.

Responsible for the smooth operation of after-market sales.

Attend to customers’ enquiries – local and inter-company via telephone and Emails.

Prepare and reply e-mail on quotation and orders enquiries.

Check stock and give correct part numbers with store personnel and / or engineering department.

Liaise with the Supply Chain and Production department for price and availability of parts and feedback to customers.

Process confirmed orders and update the system, including checking the price for inter—company orders.

Process orders for machine and circulate to all personnel concerned.

Input and update orders to Syspro

Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare dispatch list for logistics delivery, checking of the stock availability and bin location and do the transferring of goods.

Do filing for all – quotation, orders as well as machine orders. Ensure all Delivery Orders issued are invoiced and filed accordingly.

Weekly report on First Pass Availability, Backlog and CBE for the Parts Business

Monitor and Manage Parts Warehouse Inventories

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role

Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, website tender platforms, and Excel
