Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers, ensuring a welcoming and customer-first environment.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products, delivering service that aligns with company standards.
  • Provide professional assistance throughout the store—including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cashier area.
  • Share product knowledge (materials, features, pricing, promotions) and introduce new items to support upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all product categories.
  • Uphold store cleanliness and organization according to company guidelines.
  • Support the Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor with store operations, including weekly reports and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor KPIs and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Supervise junior sales associates and part-timers to ensure daily tasks are completed and operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience (fashion retail preferred).
  • Strong passion for customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Energetic, approachable, and dedicated to creating positive customer experiences.
  • Fashion-forward, professional, and confident in engaging with customers.
