As a key member of our retail team, you will play an essential role in bringing our brand’s vision to life by delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying our unique style.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service: Provide an exceptional in‑store experience by assisting customers with product selection and styling advice, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling, and building lasting relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Team Support: Assist in supervising daily operations, including opening and closing duties, shift planning, and task delegation; serve as a point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution while upholding brand values.
• Visual Merchandising and Stock Management: Support the visual merchandising team by maintaining appealing and organised displays that align with brand guidelines, monitor inventory levels, restock products, assist in stock audits, and provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to all store policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines; handle transactions efficiently and accurately; collaborate with the Store Manager to drive initiatives that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in a fashion retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first approach.
• Proficient in retail POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
