Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven sales and marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and student acquisition across local and international markets.
- Spearhead innovative branding initiatives and cross-channel campaigns to strengthen institutional reputation.
- Lead recruitment efforts through roadshows, career fairs, and course previews for both local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agents, institutions, and internal teams.
- Provide strategic direction to student recruitment teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to align enrolment strategies with budget targets.
- Achieve and exceed student recruitment and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute marketing and communications plans to elevate institutional visibility.
- Ensure compliance with policies, manage departmental budgets, and deliver accurate performance reports to senior leadership and the Board.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of successful experience in sales and marketing within the private education sector.
