• Perform daily accounting activities and ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in JDE, SAP or Oracle system is an added advantage.
• Analyse account balances and prepare necessary adjustments for reserves and accruals.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend process improvements for accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare fluctuation analysis for audits and ensure SOX key controls are completed.
• Maintain and update process documentation and assist in departmental projects.

Profile

A successful Senior RTR Specialist (Japanese Speaker) should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Candidate without an accounting degree is welcomed to apply.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in RTR. Candidate with 2-3 years experience in PTP or OTC are welcomed to apply.
• Proficiency in Japanese (min JLPT N2), both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards and processes.
