Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• Minimum 7 years’ professional banking or financial services experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
• Strong programming capabilities and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review risk management methodologies to align with regulatory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new products and programmes.
• Provide technical guidance on risk analysis approaches and standardised reporting.
• Prepare regulatory submissions to BNM and other authorities.
• Review and validate risk models for soundness and applicability.
• Implement new regulatory requirements and deploy risk systems.
• Develop macroeconomic variables and stress-testing models for ECL calculations.
• Prepare analytical reports for senior governance committees (ALCO, MRCC, GMEC, BRC).
• Support departmental management with process improvements.
