Overview

The Senior Retail Associate / Retail Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service, ensuring brand experience, engaging customers, serving as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships, and meeting store sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Consistently demonstrate Under Armour selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Develop and implement cross‑selling strategies for appropriate products.
• Outfit customers by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on individual style.
• Remain knowledgeable on products to enhance engagement and maximize sales.
• Execute efficient handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization, and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standards.

Qualifications

• At least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field.
• Minimum one year experience in retail industry.
• Preferable experience in sports retail.
• Ability to communicate in local dialects is an advantage.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Sales-oriented with good communication skills.
• Demonstrated good working attitude, responsibility, and punctuality.
