Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand, develop and maintain financial models for project-level and platform-level investments.
• Conduct company/asset valuation analysis for brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Structure and negotiate deals and draft transaction documents.
• Source and identify new investment opportunities through networking.
• Perform full desktop and onsite due diligence.
