Job summary

A leading food manufacturer in Malaysia is looking for a Maintenance Manager to optimize factory operations and lead a team in reliability maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing, particularly in FMCG, and a strong focus on preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include establishing maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years working experience, including 4 years in a leading position.
• Experience in FMCG (Food) manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive reliability maintenance system.
• Lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting and major repairs.
• Analyze breakdowns to eliminate repeated failures.
