If you're tired of legacy systems and want to build something that truly matters, you belong here.## What you'll be doing:* **Own Regulatory Compliance:** Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports (specifically for PIDM and BNM), ensuring all filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with current standards.* **Lead the Reconciliation Team:** Serve as the subject matter expert and team lead. Manage day-to-day reconciliation operations, oversee GL account monitoring, and drive excellence within the team.* **Drive Process Innovation:** Use the data analytics to uncover insights, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements using Lean/Agile/Design Thinking.* **Scale Operational Efficiency:** Continually enhance our workflows to ensure we can scale as the bank grows.
