Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a senior tax leader to oversee the Group's tax strategy, governance and compliance across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. You will lead regional tax planning for acquisitions and restructurings, manage transfer pricing, and ensure BEPS and CbCR requirements are met.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of regional tax experience, strong leadership, and fluency in coordinating multi-country tax teams and stakeholders across ASEAN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• 10+ years of regional or group tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASEAN tax regulations and transfer pricing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the regional tax strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.
• Drive tax planning and structuring for acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and reorganizations.
• Oversee CbCR preparation and BEPS Action 13 compliance.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and OECD-compliant policies.
• Lead regional tax team with guidance and governance across countries.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on impact and actions.
