We are seeking experienced Senior Recruiters to support our large-scale hiring project on a temporary basis. The recruiters will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle (A–Z), from talent sourcing and interviewing to candidate onboarding. This role is critical in ensuring the project timelines and hiring goals are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track, report, and update hiring progress in line with project timelines.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy, and employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 4–6 years) in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or project-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple requisitions under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
