As HRnetGroup just expanded into Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, our 18th city of operation, we are looking for business minded recruitment consultants to develop our business for Malaysia-based enterprises already in or looking to invest in Vietnam.

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Senior Recruitment Consultant who is either Vietnamese or fluent in Vietnamese, with a strong background in the recruitment business. You will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing mid-to-senior level professionals across various industries, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in Vietnam and Malaysia
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping

Requirements
  • Fluent in Vietnamese (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, or related fields.
