A leading management company in Malaysia is looking for a Recruitment Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor and engineering roles. This position requires 3-6 years of experience in recruitment and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical roles and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, and enhance the recruitment process.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor and engineering roles, including Process, Equipment, Facilities, Quality, EHS, Automation, and Manufacturing Engineers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, niche industry networks, and universities.
Conduct initial technical screening and competency-based interviews to assess suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding in coordination with HR and hiring teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering and operations leaders to plan workforce needs.
Ensure requisitions are properly approved and aligned with job grading and budget before initiating recruitment.
Provide insights on talent availability, market salary benchmarks, and hiring trends in the semiconductor industry.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure process compliance with HR policies and standards.
Build a robust pipeline of semiconductor and technical talent for critical positions.
Establish relationships with technical universities, polytechnics, and semiconductor associations.
Represent the company in career fairs, campus engagements, and industry networking events.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source efficiency).
Recommend improvements to enhance hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Contribute to recruitment process optimization and talent acquisition innovation initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline).
Minimum 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
Hands‑on experience or prior work exposure in engineering or semiconductor operations is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of technical roles, cleanroom operations, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
