Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Johor Bahru is looking for a Senior Recruiter/Business Developer. This individual will lead initiatives to engage with partners and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of business development experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the capability to work independently. A diploma or degree in Business is required. The role offers a salary of up to RM6000.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Develop for new customers, new projects, and new business opportunities.
  • Build a good rapport and long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct an effective business presentation to clients according to their needs.
  • Provide customer‑focused solutions and to meet the company's business goals and sales targets.
  • Responsible for follow‑up and co‑ordinate on projects progress throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure timely payment by clients.
  • Any other duties as when assigned.
Qualifications
