Qualifications

• Minimum five years of proven experience in the construction or formwork industry.
• In-depth understanding of dependency between product specifications and production costs.
• Familiar with different manufacturing, design and quality standards in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into product ideas, prototypes, and serial products.
• Align with HQ IP/Legal team on research and generation of IP rights.
• Design and ideation of formwork & shoring solutions.
