Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience for Sr. QS, 3 years for QS.
• Experience in government complexes, commercial complexes, hospitals, high-rise offices, and residential buildings.
• Good knowledge of taking-off, costing, and evaluation of claims.

Responsibilities

• Involve in contract tendering process including planning and organizing.
• Responsible for tender document preparation and contract administration.
• Preparation of variation work and project process claims.
