Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of QS experience, preferably within industrial, factory, or warehouse construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and preliminary budgets for industrial construction projects.
• Monitor project costs, budget utilization, and financial projections.
