Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably experienced in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle both design & build and tender RFQ processes.
• Maintain strong sourcing capabilities and contacts.
• Assist design and project departments with pitching and awarded jobs.
• Control project margin and profit for each project.
