About the role

IPS PRECAST SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Pontian Johor. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our projects.

What you'll be doing

• 1. Responsible to project’s monthly progress claim submission to the main contractors / clients;
• 2. Evaluation and preparation payment response for sub‑contractors and supplier;
• 4. Assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) for Contract Manager to do built‑up costing of the precast work;
• 5. Sourcing of quotation for rates or technical data or cast‑in materials, moulds or other special items are required due to every project’s requirement varies;
• 6. Ensure timely completion of assigned tenders;
• 7. Must have 3–4 years of working experience in the related field.
• 8. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

IPS Precast Snd Bhd was incorporated in Dec 18 2018 and a member company of Teambuild Construction Group registered in Singapore. IPSP specialize in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC/IBS), Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBU/IBS) and a range of conventional precast products for residential and commercial projects. IPSP provide one‑stop services in employment of precast technology for feasibility studies, planning & design of precast/prefabrication systems for infrastructure & building projects, manufacture custom‑configured precast/prefabrication components, management & supervision of precast/prefabrication for installation works. IPSP will undertake projects in Malaysia and Singapore.
