Job summary

A construction company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage tender estimations and contract administration. Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender estimation, BQ and source suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress claim to clients.
• Cost monitoring and controlling.
• Assist in awarding contracts and reviewing contract documents.
• Manage pre and post-contract activities: monitoring materials and construction costs, site valuation, variation orders and final accounts.
• Verify subcontractors, vendors and supplier’s claims.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an advantage.

Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Salary: RM 5,500 – RM 6,500 per month
