Job summary

A leading palm specialty oils manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management Food Safety Senior Executive. The role requires expertise in managing and monitoring Food Safety Management Systems and compliance with quality control standards. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field. Knowledge in HACCP and various ISO standards is essential. The position emphasizes independence and a proactive approach to quality and food safety management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in related field.
  • Well-versed in HACCP, RSPO, ISO9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14000.
  • Assertive and able to function under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist, establish, implement, and monitor Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
  • Ensure compliance with updated documents and authority requirements.
  • Conduct training and amend documents for Quality Management Systems.
  • Conduct supplier audits and update approved supplier lists.
  • Perform internal audits related to food safety, quality, and sustainability.
