Senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive

Establish, update and maintain effective implementation of the plant’s Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, and Halal Management system and its PRP programs.

Master Document Controller – formalize documents for Food Safety & Quality.

Maintain good record‑keeping and timely update of documents.

Ensure the QMS conforms to customer, internal, ISO, and legal/regulatory requirements. Respond to any non‑conformance, complaints or issues in a timely manner.

Liaison with government agencies and certification bodies on queries and compliance to standards.

Conduct internal and external audit activities and verify operations meet HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000 requirements periodically.

Traceability lead – coordinate mock recall, gap closure and continuous improvement of the traceability system.

Train operators in hygiene, CCPs, quality and food safety standards.

Handle laboratory testing of products as required for claims, declarations and certifications.

Work closely with suppliers and OEM partners to resolve quality and food safety issues arising from ingredients, equipment, packaging and products.

All other tasks as deemed necessary to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

Minimum of 4 years QA/QC experience in the food industry.

Experience with JAKIM is an added advantage.

Be a mentor to the other team members as the Company grows the QA/QC team.
