Qualifications

• ASQ certification preferred with 7 years working experience.
• Basic knowledge of quality control, engineering, production, lean manufacturing, ISO 9001 and statistical methods and techniques.
• Ability to handle significant inquiries and/or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Determine production standards and establish quality control systems.
• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams for improvements.
• Manage quality-related issues within the manufacturing team.
• Provide technical expertise for quality assurance testing.
• Monitor and report quality-related key performance indicators.
• Perform internal audits using statistical techniques.
• Lead on Quality incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Implement preventive actions to reduce quality problems.
