Job Description / Responsibilities:

Project oversight: Handle quantity surveying responsibilities throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion.

Financial management: Prepare cost breakdowns, project tenders, and budget plans, as well as manage progress claims and final accounts to maintain financial accuracy.

Stakeholder engagement: Attend key meetings, including tender interviews, site valuations, and negotiations with clients or main contractors on project-related matters.

Subcontractor management: Negotiate pricing and award sub-contracts, ensuring optimal value for the company.

Team coordination: Work closely with site personnel to monitor work progress and status, fostering effective communication across project teams.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Familiar with contract administration and contractual methods.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience working with a consultant will be an added advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Possess good negotiation skills, meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast‑pace environment.

Strong knowledge of construction contract, project management, negotiation strategies and procurement best practices.

Ability to manage tight deadlines, complex schedules and project resources effectively.

Demonstrate depth of experience in a contractual and commercial role with the construction sector.
