Key areas of responsibility

• Ensure establishment of QC inspection plans which are adequate to meet customer requirements
• Review and record on nonconforming products and verify corrective actions taken
• Formulation and revision of inspection standards
• Control of inspection instruments
• Handling quality anomalies (customer complaints, incoming material issues and process abnormalities)
• Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (ISO documentation preparation, review, internal audit, external audit and optimization)
• Perform incoming, in-process, outgoing inspection and maintain relevant records
• Develop and monitor the Quality plan and sampling plan
• Ensure the establishment of Quality Objectives and Quality Policy are effectively implemented
• Handling ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superiors, etc

Skills and attributes

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing related experience in quality management and system control
• ISO9001 Quality and Environmental Management System knowledge, basic quality control methods (such as 7 QC tools, etc)
• Have certain process analysis ability and document management and control ability
