Responsibilities

• Assist Test Manager in developing test strategies and plans.
• Identify testing bottlenecks and plan backup strategies.
• Review specifications and define test objectives.
• Guide junior team members throughout testing lifecycle.
• Prepare and update traceability matrix for test coverage.
• Execute tests according to specifications.
• Track and close issues identified during testing.
