REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Degree in related field

Skills:

Comprehensive understanding of QMS ISO9001 & IATF16949.

Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication Skills and Strong Leadership.

Experience in internal and external audits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist QMR in developing and managing comprehensive QA and compliance systems that align with quality policies and industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Utilizing quality tools like Six Sigma or total quality management (TQM) principles to enhance efficiency, reduce variability, and implement lean quality processes.

Leading and coordinating both internal and external audits (e.g., with regulators or certification bodies) to assess QMS compliance and reporting issues to relevant departments.

Writing and refining procedures and processes to support QMS development and ensure consistency across operations.

Providing quality direction to cross-functional departments (Design, Production, Procurement, etc.) and leading high-level quality improvement initiatives.

To perform maintenance and improve quality performance programs meeting department objectives & targets.

To supervise the QA engineers/executives on their job and responsibility.

Assess and support customer requirements to meet customer satisfaction.

To generate Training Program to improve company employees on quality awareness,not limited to senior management level.

To handle customer complaints until the closure of the 8D from customer with satisfaction.

Carry out job and task given or assigned by superior or company management when required.
