Job summary

Quantios is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to lead testing across our software products and platforms. You will collaborate with Agile teams to plan and execute testing strategies, drive test automation, and mentor junior QA analysts.

You will design comprehensive test plans, ensure quality from design through delivery, and promote best practices within the QA community. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ISTQB-CTAL-TM or equivalent certification.
• 4+ years in software QA with Agile experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle.
• Proven ability to write test plans and cases, document results clearly.
• Experience mentoring junior QA professionals.
• Exposure to Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

As a Senior QA Analyst at Quantios, you play a key role in leading testing efforts, ensuring software quality across our products and platforms. Job Requirements:

• ISTQB-CTAL-TM or similar professional qualification.
• 4+ years of experience in a software QA role, with exposure to Agile methodologies and full software delivery lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and defect lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to write detailed test plans and test cases, and document outcomes clearly and concisely.
• Experience mentoring junior QA professionals or leading small QA initiatives.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., playwright, Cypress, AL automation etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to quality.
