Job summary

The role targets engineers who can understand complex codebases and deliver production-quality enhancements with minimal guidance, handling stateful AI workflows, APIs, and containerized runtimes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with 7–10 years of experience.
• Experience building backend APIs and services.
• Familiar with containerized runtimes and modern dev practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend services and agentic workflows for the AI platform.
• Build and maintain stateful, multi-step LLM pipelines and orchestration logic.
• Design, optimize, and maintain retrieval and scoring systems.
• Debug production issues using logs, traces, and system behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI-driven solutions.
• Implement incremental changes with strong testing and validation practices.
• Contribute to architecture, performance optimization, and operational reliability.
