Department: Purchasing
Reports to: Purchasing Manager / Supply Chain General Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure high quality, reliable supply.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve optimal cost savings and service levels.
  • Analyze market trends, material availability, and lead times to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to understand material needs.
  • Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data on procurement records, cost reports, and supplier records.
  • Support inventory management initiatives and cost control programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
