Responsibilities

• Handle registration and renewal of company licenses such as KDN, PIKM, PBT and related items.
• Manage company tenders for private and government tenders such as KPM tender.
• Register KDN vetting for all new joiner staff upon receiving email from HR.
• Monitor, prepare, and renew tenancy for office branches, service proposals, quotations, order confirmations and service contracts.
• Maintain records of all clients’ SOPs, rules, and regulations.
• Plan, arrange, manage & conduct processes involving CSG Training /TNG Training.
• Handle customer service, conduct research and telemarketing to reach potential clients.
• Manage registration with government bodies and potential clients.
• Coordinate insurance claims and manage yearly insurance policy renewals with agents.
• Oversee and develop marketing campaigns to promote the company and its services.
• Monitor, update and manage social media, website and other company social media to increase awareness and engagement.
• Follow up quotations provided with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

• 1. Proven experience in a Marketing, Business Development & Public Relation, or a similar role.
• 2. Must possess a degree or Master’s in Mass Communication/Business Development/Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations or equivalent.
• 3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
• 6. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics.
• 7. Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing/business development.
• 8. Fresh Graduates with internship experiences are welcomed to apply.
