Job summary

A leading property developer in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote projects and manage customer relationships. You will execute sales strategies, handle inquiries, and compile sales reports. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience, strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary package with commissions.

Promote/publicize existing projects to increase brand and project awareness to public.

Execute all kind of sales, marketing promotional strategies.

Handle all sources of sales inquiries including walk-in, digital marketing lead, phone calls, events, roadshow and etc.

Build and maintain a good relationship with existing customers, actively source and meet potential customers for sales closure.

Follow up and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to SPA, loan agreement, bank letter of offer signed.

Compile and update sales report on a weekly and monthly basis.

Provide guidance and assistance to junior sales executive.

Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superior.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related working experience
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Highly motivated and target driven
• At least SPM holder
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidates to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Remuneration Package

• Basic salary plus commission (potential for 5 digit income per month).
