Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Proficient in handling plumbing, electrical issues, and general building repairs.
• Must be computer literate, including knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that property owners' complaints are handled professionally.
• Monitor and supervise maintenance/service work.
• Handle miscellaneous repair and maintenance tasks.
• Attend to complaints from owners and tenants.
• Carry out hands-on building maintenance and repairs.
• Perform any other job functions assigned by the Property Manager.
