About the Role

This is a senior project sales position. You will be responsible for driving project opportunities from specification through to execution, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project sales and specification activities within the Central region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers
  • Manage project pipelines, from early design/spec stage to project completion
  • Conduct technical presentations, product briefings, and proposal discussions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, operations, supply chain) to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Identify new project opportunities and expand market presence
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, specification, or building materials / electrical solutions
  • Strong understanding of the construction and project sales cycle
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to travel as required
