Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate feasibility inputs, planning schedules, authority approvals, and consultant deliverables to ensure timely project progress.
• Review and verify consultants’ designs and specifications, resolve design issues, and ensure information sufficiency for construction handover.
• Manage consultant appointments, monitor performance, obtain management approvals for submissions, and liaise on payment and quotation matters.
• Prepare and update master project schedules, budgets for professional fees, management reports, and consultant action lists.
• Support product improvement initiatives, verify material specifications with suppliers, and obtain approvals for building specifications and material lists.
• Coordinate with authorities on queries, submissions, and land title applications (MOSA and individual land title).
• Update project and drawing submission status, weekly reports, and maintain accurate planning records.
• Organise and monitor geotechnical studies and surveys before project design kick‑off.
