We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex shipbuilding, offshore, and heavy marine projects from concept to completion, on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of shipbuilding, offshore, and heavy marine projects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, including progress, financial status, and risk assessments.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Support business development activities, including technical proposal review and cost estimation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of project management experience in shipbuilding, offshore, or heavy marine sectors.
