Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality standards, sustainability goals, and brand requirements.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, procurement, operations, and consultants to ensure coordinated execution.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring milestones are met and financial controls are maintained.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, including owners, operators, authorities, consultants, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and timely decision‑making.
• Ensure quality assurance and risk management, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to safeguard project outcomes.
• Uphold compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental sustainability commitments.
• Report project status through structured progress updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in high‑end hospitality
• Proven track record in managing luxury hotel projects
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of local authority and hotel pre‑opening requirements
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc)
