The post is to be based at Johor Bahru Town.

Job Descriptions:

Reporting to Director and overall takes charge of the assigned Development Project.

To liaise with Architect, consultants and contractors to ensure the development project is progressed as planned.

Perform weekly site meeting representing the Developer with Main Con, Architect & Consultants.

Meticulous and able to demonstrate leadership and great communications skill.

To implement an policies, activities and procedures as relevant.

Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.
